Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,050 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Alamosa, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments
• Document patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice in the state of Colorado
• At least one year of experience in physical therapy
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care protocols

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
