About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Boonsboro, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
