About the Role

Provide leadership in a hospital setting by supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Assist the Director with staffing, workflow, and resource management. Supervise, evaluate, and support team members while maintaining efficient unit operations. Deliver direct patient care within scope, monitor care plans, and collaborate with physicians to promote positive outcomes. Oversee shift performance, ensuring a safe, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate staff performance

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg required
