About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lexington, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or RN
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- Physical Therapist license in South Carolina required

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
