Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,475 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts.
• Passing scores from the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.

Pay

• Pay Rate Range: $48.95 - $57.85 per hour
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 8-hour per week schedule (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
