Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,450 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Oregon, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time PT Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Knowledge of long-term care settings and patient care protocols.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate Range: $48.40 - $57.20 per hour.
• Shift: 8 hours per week.
