About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time PT Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $48.40 - $57.20 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
