About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lewistown, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $48.40 - $57.20 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Weekly tax-free stipend.
Schedule
- 8 hours per week.
- Shift: 8 hours.
