Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,450 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Passing scores from the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a long-term care environment preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay

• Pay Rate Range: $48.40 - $57.20 per hour
• Pay is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes a tax-free weekly stipend.

Schedule

• 8 hours per week
• 8 hours per shift
• Shifts to be confirmed during the hiring process.
