About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Creston, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- BLS, AHA preferred
- Current, valid certifications
- Currently listed registry in state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
