About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Willmar, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with facility policies.
Requirements
- BLS, AHA preferred
- Current, valid certifications
- Currently listed registry in state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
