About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026 in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Proficiency in using EMR system Nethealth/PCC
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
