Travel Coordinator

Essential Job Functions

  • Assisting new employees with travel to the Middle East
  • Understanding our Client’s travel requirements and making appropriate travel recommendations
  • Booking domestic and international travel arrangements as needed
  • Preparing employee expense reports for reimbursements of travel costs
  • Providing excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Performing limited office administrative duties such as ordering of materials and supplies, facilitating office related invoice payments, and interfacing with landlord for facility related needs

Knowledge & Skills

  • Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards
  • Full knowledge of industry practices

Education & Experience

  • Superior customer service skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Travel Agent preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • Experienced Travel Agents
  • Strong knowledge of the airline travel system
  • Proven experience planning and booking international travel
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Positive, outgoing demeanor and the ability to work well under high ops tempo
