Essential Job Functions
- Assisting new employees with travel to the Middle East
- Understanding our Client’s travel requirements and making appropriate travel recommendations
- Booking domestic and international travel arrangements as needed
- Preparing employee expense reports for reimbursements of travel costs
- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up
- Performing limited office administrative duties such as ordering of materials and supplies, facilitating office related invoice payments, and interfacing with landlord for facility related needs
Knowledge & Skills
- Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards
- Full knowledge of industry practices
Education & Experience
- Superior customer service skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Travel Agent preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Experienced Travel Agents
- Strong knowledge of the airline travel system
- Proven experience planning and booking international travel
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive, outgoing demeanor and the ability to work well under high ops tempo
