The role focuses on travel account specialized execution within premium travel operations, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Travel Account Specialist workflow by helping the team handoff confirmed opportunities without losing context.
- Track the workflow by capturing traveler or account requirements clearly.
- Own the workflow by preparing accurate supporting information for quotes.
- Coordinate the workflow by tracking follow-up dates and open decisions.
- Review the workflow by keeping CRM or account notes current.
Skills
- Use Traveler Communication and Conversion Support confidently in travel account specialized execution.
- Apply Premium Travel Operations without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Booking Support decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Follow-Up, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
