Travel Account Specialist

About the Role

Fabventure Travel is seeking a Travel Account Specialist for hands-on work centered on commercial follow-through and the day-to-day demands of Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The position applies travel account specialized execution within Europe travel support to live work, making accuracy and traceable follow-through more important than superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain the Travel Account Specialist workflow by keeping CRM or account notes current.
• Handoff confirmed opportunities without losing context.
• Capture traveler or account requirements clearly.
• Prepare accurate supporting information for quotes.
• Track follow-up dates and open decisions.
• Use All-Inclusive Booking Support and CRM confidently.
• Apply Travel Account Specialized Execution without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document status tracking decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around cross-selling, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
