About the Role

The Travel Account Specialist at Beth's Beautiful Destinations improves commercial follow-through while supporting leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. This role focuses on travel account specialized execution within leisure booking support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.

Strong performance is measured by fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Travel Account Specialist workflow by keeping CRM or account notes current.
• Review workflow to ensure confirmed opportunities are handed off without losing context.
• Maintain workflow by capturing traveler or account requirements clearly.
• Track workflow by preparing accurate supporting information for quotes.
• Own workflow by tracking follow-up dates and open decisions.

Requirements

• Use Pipeline Support and Relationship Management confidently in travel account specialized execution.
• Apply Account Coordination without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Travel Sales decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Vacation Client Service, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
