Title Specialist I

Job Responsibilities

• Intake process - scanning all titles into title vault
• Verify and validate titles for title negotiability
• Ship all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to client
• Generate and fulfill picklist
• Perform monthly title audit and reconcile audit discrepancies
• Sort and file title inventory

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented
• Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently (preferred)
• Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude required

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
