Titles Specialist I

The Titles Specialist position is under the direction of the Titles Manager and is based in Englewood, CO. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a supportive, values-driven environment where their skills are appreciated and they can contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming auto loan titles daily
• Identify and resolve problem areas independently to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns via email, phone, or in person in a professional manner
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor with all interactions
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Contribute to and encourage a team-focused, values-based, service culture
• Support operations by providing assistance as needed on sales/customer promotion dates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of call center experience (preferred)
• Ability to work on multiple computer screens
• Previous loan processing or titles experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and bending
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
• Requires ability to operate a personal computer, office suite, multi-line phone, calculator, and other basic office equipment
