Ticket Operations Coordinator
Ticket Management
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will coordinate and manage all aspects of ticket operations, including season tickets, group sales, and single-game tickets.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service to fans, vendors and partners addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticket purchases and game-day experiences by overseeing the guest services desk or Arena Box Office on game days.
Ticket Office Operations
Aids in the onboarding training of interns and new employees and assists with ticket sales processing. Works closely with the Ticket Sales and Group Sales departments to provide support between departments.
Event Coordination
Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth ticketing operations for all Blue Jackets events and occasional special events as needed.
Reporting and Analysis
Generates and analyzes daily financial and sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance
Ensures compliance with all league and team policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Technology Management
Maintains and troubleshoots ticketing software and hardware, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
Promotions and Marketing
Assists in the development and execution of ticket promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance fan engagement.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in Archtics and Ticketmaster is a plus.
