Responsibilities

  • Aid in the processing and establishment of season ticket, group and single match ticket accounts
  • Offer game-day support in areas such as ticket resolution, customer service, and will call
  • Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with all Ticketmaster Client Support Staff
  • Facilitate complex payment plans, investigate and address chargebacks related to ticket payments, and collaborate with the Ticket Services department to ensure account compliance
  • Support the creation of price codes, plans, promo codes, and other Archtics programming needs
  • Maintain a positive, high-performance culture within the Ticket Operations department, fostering a positive rapport with all other departments daily
  • Participate in the execution of Club events, including games, Season Ticket Member functions, Club events, etc.
  • Assist in the development of all online sales processes, including single game, group, and season ticket sales
  • Act as a primary point of contact for elevated customer service issues on match day
  • Assist with will call responsibilities and ticket troubleshooting needs on match day
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations or other Ticketing Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
  • Ticket Operations background
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team orientation, and effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in operating Archtics Ticketing System and Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to department and Club success in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaker is a plus, but not required
