Territory Services Manager

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue and bookings across all assigned accounts
• Meet margin targets at project and account levels
• Develop partnerships with sales teams and partners
• Achieve year-over-year growth targets
• Provide consistent revenue forecasts for territories
• Navigate escalation procedures effectively
• Lead the end-to-end development of services contracts
• Negotiate key agreements and documents
• Support sales initiatives to increase Consulting revenue
• Build professional relationships with customers
• Analyze and assist in developing customer service roadmaps
• Develop partnerships to strengthen the company’s presence

Qualifications

• Customer-focused intelligence community field services sales and delivery experience
• Experience with sales cycles in the public sector
• Strong presentation skills, especially with executives
• Proven track record in managing multiple service accounts
• Understanding of the company’s offerings and solutions
• Background in clearance processes and requirements
• Expertise in leading large teams and complex projects

Pay

$130,410 – $201,960 annually
