About the role

LeadVenture is the market-leading SaaS provider of digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing and eCatalog solutions for dealerships across 12 industry verticals including power-sports, marine, RV, pre-owned auto, agriculture and more. Our family of brands includes Dealer Spike, Dealer Car Search, Frazer, TCS Technologies, Net Driven, Direct Communications, Inc. (DCi), Powersports Support, Level 5 Advertising, PSM Marketing, Monroney Labels and Interact RV. Each one is an industry leader in driving consumer engagement and maximizing lead generation for dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a deep understanding of the dealership landscape and the challenges they face in managing their online presence.
  • Evaluate a dealer's current website and online presence to identify gaps and pain points, then guide them toward the right solution to address those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their digital marketing needs and presenting solutions.
  • Conduct consultations and demos with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how our products and services can help them achieve those goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • A strong hunger for growth and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to attend industry trade shows.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment with monthly quota expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed-mode environment (onsite, remote, or hybrid), including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
