Territory Manager

About the role
The Territory Manager has operational responsibility for assigned district location(s) within their Area with accountability for overall effectiveness as measured by safety, customer experience, operating KPI performance, and operational efficiencies. The TM manages a multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing, and motivating employees to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.

- Ensure world-class safety and customer service standards.
- Train, develop, and motivate employees to function with minimal daily supervision.
- Maintain operational efficiencies through effective management of staff and assets.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
- Five or more years’ experience in a related management role.
- Experience in the propane industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with substance abuse testing policies.
- Federal contractor restrictions prohibit the use of medical marijuana for employees in safety-sensitive positions.

Pay
Pay for this position ranges from $91,900 to $124,100 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, prior experience, and market data. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or commissions on completed sales.
