About the role
The Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology - Rocky Mountain-CO is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory business plans leading to achievement of sales goals and objectives
- Coordinate and integrate with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience
- Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
- Experience promoting high-science products
- Product launch experience
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- Understands and leverages CRM, sales data, and reports
- Timely call reporting and expense reporting
- Manages promotional budgets within their territory
- Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

- Reports to Regional Sales Manager

- Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company

Pay
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $115k to $145k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
Schedule
This position is part of IC Commission Plan.
