Territory Manager, Medical Dermatolog, Greensboro, NC
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated geography.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results
- Analytical skills and effective utilization of technology
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Dermatology & Immunology sales experience
- Experience selling in a complex Market Access environment
- Experience promoting high-science products
- Product launch experience
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- Responsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports
- Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting
- Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their territory
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Pay
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $104k to $140k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
Schedule
This position is part of IC Commission Plan.
