Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology - Seattle, WA
About the role
The Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted healthcare provider (HCP) offices and institutions specializing in the company’s therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing business plans leading to achievement of sales goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated geography.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results
- Analytical skills and the ability to effectively utilize technology
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Dermatology & Immunology sales experience
- Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
- Experience promoting high-science products
- Product launch experience
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- Responsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports
- Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting
- Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their territory
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

- Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company
- Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential
Pay and Benefits
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $104k to $140k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan.
