About the role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory within Pennsylvania, focusing on Commercial - 31.1. B2B Sales. You will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within your assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the needs of your assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
