About the role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory, building strong relationships with key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Present product solutions to customers and prospects
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience with CRM software
