About the role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales territories within Arkansas for the Commercial - 31.1 B2B Sales division. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and prospects.
- Manage and maintain customer records and sales data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
