Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient student transitions to and from teletherapy stations.
• Log students into the platform and prepare therapy equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with educational teams.
• Assist in setting up and staging therapy and assessment materials.
• Observe sessions, support students, and follow clinician instructions.
• Manage technology and equipment for seamless therapy delivery.
• Support communication between clinicians, teachers, and students regarding IEPs.
• Retain test security during assessments and assist with special education evaluations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/certifications in education or technology preferred.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with children and professionals.
• Availability to travel between school sites within the district.
