Teletherapy Facilitator (On-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient student transitions to and from teletherapy sessions.
• Log students into the platform and prepare therapy equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with educational teams.
• Observe sessions, assist students, and source materials for therapy and assessments.
• Manage technology and staging of assessment materials while maintaining test security.
• Support students and collaborate with clinicians to support individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology are beneficial.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, patient, and able to work effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
