Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student readiness and transitions for therapy sessions
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare equipment
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with educational teams
• Assist during sessions by observing and supporting students
• Source and stage materials for therapy and assessments
• Support students with IEPs and ensure test security during evaluations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications beneficial
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working with children and professionals
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations
