Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions for students, acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with transitions to and from teletherapy sessions and prepare necessary equipment and materials.
• Log students into therapy platforms and communicate schedule changes to clinicians.
• Support technology setup and troubleshoot issues during sessions.
• Observe therapy sessions, provide student assistance as directed, and stage assessment materials securely.
• Coordinate scheduling and paperwork between clinicians and educational teams, ensuring compliance with IEPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in education or technology are advantageous.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
