Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions for students, acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in transitioning safely to and from teletherapy sessions and prepare therapy equipment.
• Log students into the platform and communicate schedule changes to clinicians.
• Support session observations and assist students as directed.
• Collaborate with clinicians to source and stage assessment materials, maintaining test security.
• Manage technology and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, paperwork, and communication among educators, clinicians, and students.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education, technology, or related fields are advantageous.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
