Teletherapy Facilitator (On-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy and assessment sessions for students by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth transitions for students to and from teletherapy sessions and ensure proper setup of equipment.
• Log students into therapy platforms and communicate schedule changes to clinicians.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and staging assessments, maintaining test security.
• Observe sessions, provide technical and logistical support, and help source materials as needed.
• Serve as a primary contact for scheduling, paperwork, and coordination with educational teams.
• Support student engagement, occasionally participating in sessions based on clinician guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology are advantageous.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
