Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the role

The Teletherapy Facilitator serves as the vital in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools, ensuring seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in safely transitioning to and from teletherapy sessions.
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare necessary equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with clinicians and educators.
• Observe sessions, assist students as directed, and source staging materials.
• Support technology setup, manage assessment materials, and ensure test security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and able to work effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
