Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Support student transitions and ensure session readiness
• Manage and prepare therapy technology and materials
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling and paperwork
• Observe and assist during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with clinicians on staging assessment materials
• Communicate effectively with clinicians, teachers, and students

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Technology proficiency
• Patient and adaptable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with children and professionals
• Manage multiple schedules
• Travel between school sites as needed
