Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with transitions and readiness for teletherapy sessions.
• Log students into the Presence platform and prepare therapy equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with clinicians and educational teams.
• Observe sessions and support students as directed by clinicians.
• Source and stage materials for therapy and assessments, maintaining test security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are advantageous.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, patient, and able to work effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and create conducive environments for therapy and evaluations.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
• A supportive and confidential approach to sensitive information.
