Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator acts as the essential in-person connector for remote therapy and assessment sessions, ensuring smooth operations between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in transitioning safely to and from teletherapy stations.
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare equipment to ensure functionality.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate logistics with clinicians and educational staff.
• Observe therapy sessions, provide student support, and assist with staging assessment materials.
• Collaborate with clinicians to source and organize hands-on materials for therapy and evaluations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology preferred.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and create conducive environments for therapy and assessments.
• Ability to travel between school locations within the district, including same-day travel as needed.
