Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate student transitions to and from teletherapy workstations and log them into the platform.
  • Communicate schedule changes and serve as the primary contact for scheduling and paperwork.
  • Prepare and manage therapy equipment and technology for sessions.
  • Observe sessions, assist students as directed, and collaborate with clinicians on sourcing and staging materials.
  • Support students in attending sessions and sometimes engage alongside students based on need.
  • Manage communication among clinicians, educators, and students to support IEPs.
  • Retain test security and stage materials for assessments under guidance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology preferred.
  • Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technological proficiency.
  • Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient with children and professionals.
  • Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
