About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, and educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Support student transitions to and from teletherapy sessions, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare necessary equipment.
• Coordinate with clinicians regarding schedule changes and attendance issues.
• Assist in staging therapy and assessment materials, maintaining test security.
• Observe and support therapy sessions as directed, providing assistance to students.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, paperwork, and communication among clinicians, teachers, and students.
• Manage technology setup and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology are a plus.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with educational tools.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient, with the ability to work effectively with children and professionals.
• Willingness to travel between school sites within the district.
