Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Support students to ensure smooth participation in therapy sessions
• Manage and prepare technology and therapy materials
• Facilitate communication between clinicians, educators, and students regarding schedules and IEPs
• Observe sessions and assist students based on clinician instructions
• Stage assessment materials and maintain test security for evaluations
• Ensure student safety during transitions
• Log students into the platform
• Coordinate schedules and paperwork

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology preferred
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological proficiency
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals
• Ability to travel between school locations within the district
