Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator acts as the vital in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools to ensure seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with transitions to and from teletherapy stations and log them into the platform.
• Coordinate with clinicians regarding schedule changes, attendance, and paperwork.
• Prepare and manage therapy equipment and technology for sessions.
• Observe therapy sessions, providing support to students as directed by clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to stage materials for therapy and assessments, maintaining test security.
• Support effective communication among educational teams to facilitate student success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in education or technology are beneficial.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with children and professionals, managing multiple schedules.
• Ability to travel between school locations and manage necessary technology and materials to support therapy and assessments.
