About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator acts as the vital in-person link ensuring seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions for students, supporting clinicians, teachers, and educational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate student transitions to and from therapy sessions
  • Manage and prepare technology and equipment
  • Serve as the primary contact for scheduling and paperwork
  • Observe and assist students during sessions
  • Collaborate on sourcing therapy materials
  • Support student readiness and engagement
  • Oversee technology setup
  • Communicate with educational staff regarding schedules and IEPs
  • Assist with assessment materials while maintaining test security

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in educational support or technology assistance preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
  • Supportive and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively with children and professionals
  • Manage multiple schedules
  • Travel between school sites as required
