About the Role
The Teletherapy Facilitator acts as the vital in-person link ensuring seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions for students, supporting clinicians, teachers, and educational teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate student transitions to and from therapy sessions
- Manage and prepare technology and equipment
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling and paperwork
- Observe and assist students during sessions
- Collaborate on sourcing therapy materials
- Support student readiness and engagement
- Oversee technology setup
- Communicate with educational staff regarding schedules and IEPs
- Assist with assessment materials while maintaining test security
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in educational support or technology assistance preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
- Supportive and patient demeanor
- Ability to work effectively with children and professionals
- Manage multiple schedules
- Travel between school sites as required
