Teletherapy Facilitator (On-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions for students, acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in transitioning safely to and from teletherapy sessions.
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare necessary equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with clinicians and educational staff.
• Observe sessions, provide student support, and assist with staging assessment materials.
• Manage technology and ensure test security for evaluations.
• Support the implementation of students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in education or technology are advantageous.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
