Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with transitions to and from teletherapy sessions
• Log students into the platform and prepare necessary equipment
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate schedule changes
• Observe sessions and support students as directed by clinicians
• Source and stage materials for therapy and assessments
• Support student needs, manage technology, and facilitate communication among educational team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications beneficial
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working with children and professionals
• Ability to travel between school sites
