Teletherapy Facilitator (on-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Support student transitions to and from teletherapy stations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Log students into the therapy platform and prepare necessary technology and equipment.
• Communicate schedule changes and manage paperwork between clinicians and educational teams.
• Observe sessions and assist students under clinician guidance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to stage materials for therapy and assessments, maintaining test security.
• Serve as a primary contact for scheduling, technical support, and communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations within the district.
