About the Role
The Teletherapy Facilitator supports remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth student transitions
- Log students into the platform
- Communicate schedule changes
- Manage technology and equipment
- Observe sessions and assist students as directed
- Stage assessment materials
- Support student preparation
- Facilitate communication among educational stakeholders
- Assist during sessions based on clinician guidance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in educational support or technology assistance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with technology
- Reliable, patient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals
- Ability to travel between school locations within the district
