Teletherapy Facilitator (On-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, teachers, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing technology and equipment
• Supporting students during sessions
• Facilitating smooth transitions
• Communicating schedule changes
• Coordinating paperwork and materials with educational teams
• Observing sessions
• Assisting students as directed
• Sourcing assessment materials
• Ensuring test security for evaluations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
• Reliable, adaptable, patient, and capable of working effectively with children and professionals
• Ability to travel between school sites
• Ability to create conducive environments for therapy and assessments
• Confidentiality and professionalism are mandatory
