Teletherapy Facilitator (On-site)

About the Role

The Teletherapy Facilitator ensures seamless remote therapy and assessment sessions by acting as the in-person link between students, clinicians, and educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with transitions to and from teletherapy sessions and prepare therapy equipment.
• Log students into the platform and communicate schedule changes.
• Support session observation and provide assistance as directed by clinicians.
• Stage and secure assessment materials for evaluations, collaborating with remote assessors.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling and paperwork coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications beneficial.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, patient, and able to work with children and professionals.
• Ability to travel between school locations as needed.
